Property management, the property management department of Narli Homes Company is proud to provide the following services on behalf of investors and owners.

• Doing things related to property marketing and finding suitable tenants
• Carrying out the process of reviewing and selecting tenants
• Drafting and concluding a lease agreement in order to protect the owner's rights
• Collecting and receiving monthly rents and depositing them to the property owner's account, or regularly tracking rent payments to the owner's account
• Follow-up on possible and required repairs of the property and, if necessary, manage the related repairs
• Following up and being up-to-date on the laws and regulations related to the owner and tenant and informing the lessor if necessary
• Follow up and pay the due taxes on behalf of the owner
• Other necessary matters or assigned by the owner/investor
